Pickup

All animals are available for collection in Southside Brisbane, Queensland.

After your purchase, we'll contact you to arrange a collection date & time. Collection is strictly by appointment only.

What to bring: Your current reptile license and an appropriate photo ID (e.g. Drivers license or passport).<br/>- Appropriate transport for the animal

Licence check. We check your licence prior to collection, every time. If you can't produce a valid licence appropriate to the animal, we can't complete the handover.

Delivery

Delivery may be available depending on your location.

How it works:

Select Delivery at checkout and enter your suburb and postcode. You can add a full address if you'd like.
Complete your purchase. This secures the animal.
We'll assess your location and send you a delivery quote.
If you accept, we'll send you a payment request for the delivery cost.
Once paid, we'll arrange the delivery and keep you updated.

Delivery costs are quoted individually. Live animal transport is specialised and priced by destination, so we don't publish a flat rate.

Interstate

Yes, we deliver interstate. However, moving native reptiles across state borders requires compliance with relevant government regulations, including holding a valid local reptile licence and obtaining the necessary state import and export permits. Additionally, legal keeping restrictions vary, as certain species cannot be legally kept in specific states.

Animal welfare

Animals are only released in appropriate transport and appropriate conditions. If weather or timing would put an animal at risk, we'll delay the handover and talk to you about it. The animal comes first always.
