Before you contact us

A few things that might save you time:

• Animal details — hatch date, morph, sex, parents and feeding history are all listed on each animal's own page.
• Licence questions — we can tell you what we require, but we can't advise on your specific licence situation. The Queensland Government's wildlife licensing pages are the authority on that.
• Delivery — we quote after purchase, based on where you are. See our Pickup & Delivery Policy.

Visiting

We're a home-based operation, not a shop, so we don't have walk-in hours. Collection is by appointment only, arranged after purchase.
